2. Subscription Fees, Payments, and Trials

2.1 Subscription Fees

ToolBridges offers several subscription plans, billed on a recurring basis. By using the Service, you agree to pay the relevant fees for the plan selected.

2.2 Trials and Lifetime Access

ToolBridges may offer a free trial period. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew as a paid plan. In some cases, clients from platforms like Fiverr or Freelancer may be eligible for lifetime access, which ToolBridges provides at its discretion.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, logos, and content, belong to ToolBridges or its licensors.

3.2 User License

ToolBridges grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

4. Termination

ToolBridges reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied.

ToolBridges is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold ToolBridges and its representatives harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

ToolBridges reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the ToolBridges website. Continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where ToolBridges is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Additional Setup Requirements

To set up WhatsApp automation or flows, ToolBridges may utilize trusted third-party applications such as Flowise AI, Voiceflow, or other preferred solutions. These integrations are provided at no additional cost. Please note that in some cases, remote desktop access may be required for the setup.

Note: Pricing excludes any fees associated with Meta's WhatsApp Business API.
